We have reviewed the latest survey results and feedback we have received from our patients in the last three months. To improve the service we provide for our patients, we have increased the number of appointments we offer to approximately 15 appointments per day. This is around 3,500 appointments per year. This is a mixture of face to face and telephone same day triage appointments and online triage appointments.
Your feedback and suggestions for improvement remain important to us. We will continue to collect feedback from our patients to ensure we are continuously reviewing and improving the services we offer in the Practice.
