Urgent appointments
- Use an Online form – You can request either a telephone appointment or a face to face appointment.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
Appointments booked over the phone and in person are for elderly patients, vulnerable patients who are unable to access the online services. The Receptionist on the front desk are happy to make appointments for people should they wish to pre-book appointments in person.
Routine appointments
To request a routine appointment:
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
- use your Patient Access account (through the Patient Access website or Patient Access app)
- Call reception on 0208 548 5960

Your appointment
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
- on a video call
- by text or email
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
Automated Check-in
You can check yourself in for your appointment without having to queue at reception. Look for our ‘arrival touch screen’ which is located on the wall near to the Main entrance. Please make sure you check using the machine or with one of the receptionists at the front desk to avoid missing your appointment.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
To cancel your appointment:
- phone us on 0208 548 5960, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
- fill in an online form
- use your Patient Access account (through the Patient Access website or Patient Access app)
If you need help when we are closed
In an emergency or life threatening situation dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.
For urgent medical advice when the GP practice is closed please use NHS 111:
- For children under 5 phone 111
- For people aged 5 and over use 111.nhs.uk
For urgent medical advice when we are closed, please ring NHS 111 or you can call the surgery number 0208 548 5960 to be connected to the Out of Hours GP
Evening or weekend appointments
You can call the Newham 7 day access Service for an evening or weekend appointment with the GP, Nurse or HCA on 020 7540 9949
If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:
- if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
- if you need an interpreter
- if you have any other access or communication needs
Home visits
We encourage patients to come to our accessible surgery however, we appreciate this is not always possible.
If you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice you can request a home visit. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it.
We will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls.
If you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 10:00am.
