It’s not always easy to find the right help when you need it.

A good starting point is to talk to your General Practitioner about your problems.

Your General Practitioner may know of psychotherapists working within the National Health Service, who are trained to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

However, you may have found that there is a high demand for NHS services and therefore long waiting times for an appointment.
