System Currently Down – 7th February 2024

We apologise for the inconvenience as we are currently experiencing technical issues and the whole Practice system is down. We are currently not able to access any patient records affecting both the admin and clinicians’ work to deliver patient care. We have cancelled some face to face appointments and we have some clinicians working from home who may be able to conduct telephone appointments. Any cancelled appointments will be re-scheduled once our system is up and running again.

 

We have reported the issue to our IT team and they are currently looking into solving this issue as soon as possible. However, we do not have a time frame on when it will be resolved. Our phone lines are still open and our admin staff will try their best to help you with queries to the best of our ability.

 

For any emergencies, please contact 111 or call our Surgery number for the out of hours after 6:30pm.
